Refund policy

If a course isn't what you expected, we'll refund you.
1. Eligibility
Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and less than 30% of the course has been completed.
Courses for which a certificate has been issued are not refundable.
2. How to request
Email support@birqadam.com with your order number and account email. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
3. Timing
Money is returned to the original payment method (Payme or Click). The bank transfer may take 1–10 business days.
Once refunded, course access is revoked and the instructor's share is reversed.
