We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell your data.
1. What we collect
Account data: name, email and a one-way password hash (the password itself is never stored).
Learning data: completed lessons, quiz results, video position, certificates.
Payment data: order amount and status. Card details never reach the Platform — they are processed by the payment provider (Payme, Click).
2. How we use it
To grant course access, save progress, issue certificates, settle payments and keep accounts secure (password reset, throttling suspicious sign-ins).
Service emails: password reset, email verification, answers to your questions.
3. Third parties
Video hosting, payment and email delivery providers receive only the data they need to do their job.
Instructors only see a shortened name of students in their course.
4. Cookies
We only use essential cookies: the session (httpOnly) and your language choice. No advertising trackers.
5. Your rights
You can view and correct your data and request account deletion. You can sign out of every device at once from the Account page.
