Terms of service
Last updated:
These terms govern the relationship between the Birqadam Academy platform (the Platform) and its users. Signing up or buying a course means you fully accept them.
1. Definitions
Student — a user registered to take courses.
Instructor — a user who publishes courses on the Platform and receives an agreed share of revenue.
Course — a digital learning product made of video, text, quiz and simulation lessons.
2. Scope
The Platform grants the Student lifetime access to purchased course materials for personal use; copying, redistribution or resale is prohibited.
If an instructor later unpublishes a course, students who bought it keep their access.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in UZS. Payment is made via Payme or Click; the course unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Promo codes reduce the course price and each has its own expiry and usage limit.
4. Obligations
The Platform takes reasonable steps to keep the service available and reviews courses before publication.
Users keep their credentials confidential and do not post abusive or unlawful content.
5. Instructor payouts
Instructors receive the agreed share of every sale. Funds become available once the refund window closes and are paid out on request.
6. Final provisions
The Platform may update these terms; changes take effect when published on this page.
